Thank you for our beautiful addition and out of this world new kitchen. We are so happy with it but still cannot believe that it is ours. Still waiting for Marc to come and take it back. This has taken us almost 20 years to get done but I suppose we were just waiting for the right person to do it. We could not be happier.

Marc’s crew and tradies were fantastic. Neat, clean, friendly and on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Marc, everyone loves the bulkhead and cannot believe how much difference it makes to the tying the old in with the new. You really had some good ideas. I must admit I had to wait to see it all finished but it was worth it. We trusted you.

We would recommend Marc and his crew to anyone who needs some work done. We definitely have some more work here.  No one else will have a chance to quote for it.

The following correspondence acknowledges the excellent service we received from Alpha Designer Homes during the construction of a new swimming pool in our established home.

There were significant council planning and logistical restraints with our preferred pool location that initially made planning and construction extremely difficult. Alpha Designer Homes representative  (Marc Niehus) was instrumental in ensuring all these issues were addressed individually.

The exceptional service we received during this process needs to be acknowledged, it relieved anxiety and provided us with an excellent outcome!

Whilst we were apprehensive about the construction of a swimming pool in an established home environment we were comforted by the re-assurance and advice provided by Marc pre-contract.  His commitment to protecting our house and surroundings during construction was uncompromising. All trades and associated workers involved in construction demonstrated respect and their work was of a high quality.

Another pleasing aspect of the installation was the after contract service we received. Once Marc had formalised all council obligations including fencing approvals he was forthcoming in ensuring all our expectations had been met.
